Who can enter:
Alto Young Butcher of the Year:
If you are:
- 30 years old and under on 24 August 2010 and a qualified butcher
RMITO Butcher Apprentice of the Year:
- If you are in an Apprentice contract to the RMITO and an employer within the
- 12 months preceding 24 August 2010.
When is the competition?
There are four regional competitions:
