  • Forecasts customer needs and plans future production for a butchery or supermarket meat unit
  • Maintains a hygienic working environment
  • Sharpens and maintains knives and butchery equipment

Butchers are knowledgeable in the safe handling of knives and equipment for the preparation of high quality, nutritious meat cuts for their customers.
