The RMITO's complaints procedure provides a means for managing complaints made against the RMITO in a fair, efficient and timely manner.
For Employers or trainees wishing to obtain a copy of our policy and procedure for complaints, please contact the RMITO's General Manager. All complaints will be dealt with in a confidential manner.
